ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Margarita!

Beyond my roles as a professional and ADHD advocate. I'm a mom navigating ADHD while raising two wonderful children who also have ADHD.

Since my son's diagnosis twelve years ago, I’ve immersed myself in ADHD management, learning invaluable lessons along the way.

Over the years, I've developed and refined a variety of strategies not just to manage life with ADHD, but to thrive in it. My holistic approach combines external tools like therapy and balanced nutrition with internal practices like mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and affirmations.

These practices have transformed not only my life but also how I support my children—and I am here to share them with you.
